Series 7 Exam for University Endowment Employee

I'm a college student and am trying to work for my school's endowment fund. I'm also taking a Series 7 Prep course my school offers and should be prepared enough to take the exam at the conclusion of the course. I will not have graduated yet but if I work for my school's endowment, would they qualify as a member firm that allows employees to take the exam? Thanks!

You have to be sponsored by a firm to take the test for the 7. You can "take" and pass the 63, 65 and a few others but you still need to get authorized through a firm. This should be a question you ask your school because none of us are going to know for sure that they can or can't sponsor you. Personally, I doubt it but that would be awesome if you can.
