Should I take offer at LMM bank?

I am interviewing for M&T's Treasury Analyst Trader role. I was wondering whether or not I should take the position if it is offered to me (very likely). I am looking for an S&T role that can give me opportunities to lateral into larger firms and/or other aspects of finance (IB, PE, AM, sales, etc).

Background: non-target econ major that graduated cum laude. I graduated in 2021 and currently work in a BB's back office . I am also a CFA L2 candidate sitting for the exam in May 2023. I know with absolute certainty that in the short-medium term I want to get into a front office role in NYC/Boston.

Any thoughts/ Advice would be appreciated!
