S&T at a Boutique vs BB
Hello Everyone,
Always a lot of talk on here about s&t at BB. I entered the industry in a very non traditional way and I had to scratch and claw my way in. I've worked at two small boutiques. Almost two full years in. I always get the "what-if" feelings of working at a massive BB trading floor. Just wondering if that feeling is warranted.
I have MD's who make upwards of $5 mill per year working 45-60 hours per week. Then there are guys making $30k per year as well. Very wide range of outcomes. Very entrepreneurial. I'm just wondering why I never see boutique S&T talked about on here. I guess if I had the option to have joined a BB with a big salary I would have as well. But just curious if Ive missed out.
