S&T SA Overtime?
I'll be interning in NY as a Sales & Trading Summer Analyst. I'm starting to get my budget together and wonder if summer analysts get paid overtime? I've read some threads, but they seem outdated or oriented towards IB.
Intern here as well. I get paid overtime, but it’s 0.5x instead of 1.5x base, which is perplexing but understandable to some extent?

Not sure if this is standard but my hours last summer were self reported and OT paid at 1.5x base.
Going in I remember being worried about reporting any OT (bc HR, at least at my bank, makes it sound like you’ll only work 40hrs a week) but asked around and common response was just mark hours you work. Get that bag my man!

BB firm this summerDuring training get hourly then 1.5x OT. After training get paid based on a 110k salary with 2.5k sign on
Same, but 1.4k sign-on after taxes. Super excited!
