Hi I am currently working as a 2nd year associate in sales and trading. I got excellent reviews and am being considered for VP promotion. However, during year-end review I didn't mention anything about my bonus expectations as I didn't want to sound greedy - and my boss didn't bring it up. Was that a huge mistake?
