Title of Trading Assistant for Summer? Basically S&T Summer Analyst?
Just wondering if the title of trading assistant for a summer internship at an investment bank means the equivalent for Summer Sales and Trading analyst?
The term "trading assistant" is very vague, not sure if it means that im a trading assistant for the Summer, or that I am actually doing the support as I go into Full-time as well. The position is in its Global Markets - Trading division, appreciate any explanation or feedback. Thanks
Trading Assistant is typically synonymous or similar to a junior trader or something like an execution trader. It's more of a full-time entry level role for juniors on the desk. If you are an intern or summer analyst, just write that.
