Traf/Glencore VS BB S&T?

What's the best option between a Grad in S&T commodities at a BB in London or a Grad in Switzerland at a top commodity house? In terms of money, career path and career exit? In both case I'm passionate about commodities

I think if you are passionate about commo, then there is no better place to learn about it than in the top trading houses (Traf, Glencore).

This being said and if your final goal is to become a trader eventually: I don't really know if the path to a trading seat is easily achievable from their grad programs (I heard they tend to hire from outside for trading seats) but that's my 2cents.

Of course Traf and Glencore would give you huge exposure to commo and a good network (can go build your own niche firm or climb the ladder).

Aren't TDP programs at oil majors like Shell and BP better than grad programs at Traf/Glencore? Although I guess if more interested in metals Traf and Glen might be better.
