They won't guarantee you shit because there is truly no guarantee but again, from friends working in the space, you will make a shit ton of money if you are good and or lucky, and for the average simpleton looking for a career in finance commods is one of the best proposition out there. If you want a range got some friend working at no name shops pulling 500-1m after 3-4 YoE. They probs started at somewhere around 100-150 USD all-in. You have to live in Geneva though.
