Typical compensation for options market makers with 2-4 YoE?
Curious about some of the compensation for prop trading firms specializing in options market making after you make it past the initial junior trader and 1st year compensation package offerings. Any data points on how much Traders made at IMC/Optiver/Akuna/Maven/DRW with 2-4 YoE? Not senior but not junior level. I hear about all of the 1st year comp packages for some of these firms and want to see if generally it still shows an increase over the 2-4 YoE even trading a bad product.
