what does the power spec landscape look like? Prop vs pod vs quant
What do DCE, VECO, Alphataraxia, Saracen, Sesco etc. trade/culture how do they stack up? I've heard they are pretty decent. Are they okay places to start or are you supposed to build fundies elsewhere then move.
How involved in the space are the pods (millennium, BAM, Citadel, etc)... culture style vs prop?
Are the quant prop shops (JS, SIG, DRW, 5Rings etc) serious players or do they just have one off traders there
How to speccy are early seats at merchants and banks...
