When do trading firms/BB recruit for summer internships (S&T or prop trading)?

I have the opportunity to intern at a top tech company (one of Google/FB/Amazon/Microsoft) this upcoming fall. However I don't know if I should accept the offer because it conflicts with recruiting season. I will be a junior next year, so I will be applying to another round of internships. I assume most top prop shops or a team like strats at Goldman would do the majority of their internship recruiting in September and October. In these two months I would be working full time (likely 40+ hours a week, depending on the team I'm on) and am not sure if I would have time to fully prepare myself for interviews. What's the recruiting cycle like for top prop shops and the S&T arms of top BBs?

note that i likely have no interest in pursuing this opportunity full time or doing software engineering full time. i'm would simply do it for the resume boost and to have that as a potential fall back in case I want to go back to software engineering if trading/finance doesn't work out.

also note, i have an internship this summer with a prop shop, which is why i deferred my offer at this tech company to the fall.
