Why does this company include total Debt in its Market Cap?
Terreno, a REIT company, lists its Total Mkt Cap (4.13B) as Total Share Value (3.64B) + Total Debt (491M). Why does it add the Total Debt to its Total Share Value? Isn't the Total Share value also the Total Mkt Cap? Thanks
