Bain Capital Ventures
Does anyone know how Bain Capital Ventures recruits (e.g., online application, headhunter, etc.)? I saw that they just closed a new fund and I'm unclear how they hire associates.
In 2020, I saw they had an online application on their careers page, but I'm not sure if they use a headhunter as well.
Most of it is warm referrals through existing employees. This is pretty standard in the VC world from what I understand given most of the role involves networking for sourcing deal flow
