Biology Undergrad-wants a career in business/finance (or maybe just to learn a bit more)

Junior Molecular Biology student at a top 25 school (US news), GPA 3.7 (and climbing), made it to second round of interviews for Bain, but was ultimately rejected. In the past year I've become more interested in VC, PE, and business rather than medicine and am interested in going into that rhelm. Started to take business and econ/accounting courses at my school, but there isn't actually a minor for either of these at my school so im stuck simply listing them as relevant coursework. Been a struggle to get an internship for this summer (still waiting to hear about a few). Feeling somewhat discouraged, but confident I can hang given the chance. Any overall advice/advice for building finance knowledge and hard skills?
