What is the forecast period you use for start-ups to get their valuation with a DCF?
- we aim to forecast the business until the cashflows reach a steady state of growth, I would expect 10 - 30 years but anything above 10 seems to be a bit of a stretch considering most start-ups die in the valley of death.
