Based on the WSO Dataset, General Atlantic (GA) is known for its strong track record and significant assets under management, exceeding $35 billion. While specific details about the GA Analyst compensation and hours might not be directly available in the provided context, we can infer some insights based on the general information about compensation in the private equity sector.

For September 2023, compensation figures in private equity, which could be somewhat reflective of GA's compensation structure, are as follows: - 1st Year Analysts earn around $121,000. - 2nd Year Analysts have a compensation of approximately $133,000. - 3rd+ Year Analysts see their compensation at about $157,000.

These figures represent total average compensation, which likely includes base salary plus bonus. It's important to note that compensation can vary significantly based on the firm's performance, the individual's performance, and other factors.

Regarding hours, while the specific context doesn't provide direct information about GA's working hours, it's common knowledge in the industry that private equity firms, especially prominent ones like General Atlantic, often require long working hours from their analysts. This can include evenings and weekends, depending on the workload and ongoing deals.

For the most current and specific information about the GA SA25 process, including interviews and compensation details, it's recommended to network with current or former GA employees or check the latest discussions on platforms like Wall Street Oasis, where industry participants often share their experiences and insights.

Do offers go out immediately after final rounds? Had investment SA final round on Mon and have not heard back yet. Wasn't sure timing expectations considering they don't seem to do structured superdays? Does anyone have any insights?

As poster above said, a few offers are already out. GA is probably one of the top growth analyst programs out of college, alongside Insight.
