Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone have come across good reports on growth equity compensation data.
I have an opportunity to join a start-up growth equity fund as a principal, and the fund is targeting $100mm - $200mm close. What would be the right levels for base, cash bonus, and carry % for a principal at a first time fund with $100-200mm AUM?
