Growth Equity Compensation - All Levels

Curious to get a better sense of current compensation across the growth equity space. There seems to be much less information available compared with traditional buyout PE or VC, especially across different levels of seniority.

If you’re comfortable sharing, it would be helpful to include:

  • Title and experience
  • Fund size / firm AUM
  • Location or general region
  • Base, bonus, carry, co-invest, and any other compensation
  • Typical weekly hours

My data point:

Title: Incoming Intern
Fund Size: Approximately $1B fund / $2.5B firmwide AUM
Base: $115K annualized
Other Comp: Not sure yet
Location: NYC
Hours: TBD

Would be great to hear from people at any level, including analysts, associates, VPs, principals, and partners.
