Growth Equity Interview
Any advice on preparing for a growth equity interview / typical questions? I have one coming up but there are very slim details on WSO compared to traditional LBO opportunities.

Title says it. I think I fundamentally "get" investing pretty well, but maybe I could brush up on accounting and whatnot. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
In my experience, a lot of the boutique firms care quite a lot about how well an individual fits into the company culture. So I would be prepared for behavioural styled questions - i.e. describe a difficult team situation and what you did about it.
Being an AM interview, they might also ask you about previous investments you have made, why some of them succeeded and why other's didn't. Also be prepared to answer questions such as why AM and not IB or PE.
