Growth Equity Outreach
Hi, I'm currently a long-only public equity investor (covering technology) looking to transition to a growth equity role. It seems my best bet to secure interviews is to reach out directly to current team members who may be able to get me into the door. I've figured the best path is to reach out with a 1-pager on a series a/b company who fits the mold the shop has typically or is evolving towards investing in. Otherwise, reach out on a specific deal they've recently done - asking to pick their brain on a call. Clearly, I am in uncharted waters. Any help on best means to go about securing interviews (outside of recruiters) would be super appreciated. Thanks!
