Hi WSO,
What are some growth equity firms that recruit for analysts out of undergrad? Is the recruiting process for these roles mostly through cold-email rather than structured processes? I have had a past internship at a very small VC, am very interested in tech or consumer verticals, and don't care too much about AUM or name recognition.

JMI Equity recruits out of undergrad, although the analyst role is primarily cold calling and sourcing.

Is it a resume drop out of target schools? I've seen some laterals with people who have 1-2 years of experience.
