Growth equity promotion/earning path

Hello All,

I'm curious about entering growth equity as an analyst and wondering about expected promotion path and earnings over time. I go to a top undergrad program (H/W/S/P) so don't see myself needing to go for an MBA. Found the below about age and pay from mergers&inquisitions, is that accurate for growth equity? Primarily wondering about what age I'll be when I could achieve VP status, seems like some firms have senior associate positions but others dont.

Analyst 22-25 $100-$150K

Associate 24-28 $150-$300K

Senior Associate 26-32 $250-$400K

Vice President (VP) 30-35 $350-$500K

Director or Principal 33-39 $500-$800K

Managing Director (MD/ Partner)  36+ $700-$2M

Fair, but I'm not super interested in analyst pay as it is pretty standardized across finance (ibd vs buyout vs growth). They start to diverge at associate and clearly diverge from VP+. So I'm mostly curios as to how long it takes to make it to VP and range of pay from there. Would be interesting to see a comparison of the larger firms e.g. Insight/GA/Summit , upper middle e.g. JMI, middle Spectrum, SGE and lower e.g. Silver Smith. Some of those firms are analyst, associate,vp,md, partner. Others have more layers e.g. senior associate, director etc. The time it takes to get promoted is equally if not more important than pay at the position.
