Starting FT soon at a strong group in mid-tier BB and wondering what the recruiting process looks like for late-stage venture/growth equity shops (i.e. Insight/GA/TA/MF Growth, etc.). Seeing tons of forums about the on-cycle PE process, but not for growth. Does on-cycle happen at the same time? What about for smaller funds?
