Hiring Pulse on Growth Equity/Other Options
I'm interested in Growth Equity roles, though I know that the market conditions as of late have slowed down recruitment quite significantly.
Curious to know if folks think landing GE roles is still realistic in this climate, and if not, whether it makes sense to recruit for VC/buy-out firms as well?
