Ideal career path for Early Stage VC
I understand that it’s near impossible to get into VC straight out of undergrad, but what is the best career path for an new grad targeting Early Stage VC after an MBA? (Apart from IB)
Growth equity, management consulting, and small cap equity research are some off the top of my head.

Several of the big name growth funds recruit undergrads
Check out some bios at a few early stage VCs you would want to target. You’ll probably see a lot of people with some startup S&O or product experience. You might see some IB / MC, but it’s not uncommon to see someone with IB + startup exp.
