Interview With Startup HFT Shop - What To Expect?

Title says it all for the most part, I've been speaking with the founder for a little while now and he'd like to bring me in for an interview. If I look at past employees or current employees on LinkedIn, I notice that they have a variety of backgrounds, so not quite sure what to expect.

I guess anyone's guess would be as good as mine, but just thought I'd see if any of you could potentially offer some insight into what might be discussed. He has my resume so he knows my background...I'm hoping it's within that scope.

Thanks so much.

Walk through your software development/programming experience and make sure you know what you're doing. Expect questions from topics in OOP, data structures, database management, scientific computing, and high performance computing. The usual brainteasers should be considered as well. If you don't have a software/CS background then you better knock brainteasers out of the park.

Of course, it could always be just an informational/fit interview.

Thanks. Seems like it might be fit, I really don't have a comp-sci background but neither do some of the other people who work at this shop, so like you say it will probably be brainteasers. Been working on that for a bit now so hopefully that pays off.
