Look up fund for me (Schwab / Fidelity)

Could anyone with a Schwab / Fidelity custody account look up below funds for me and share the information (documents or screenshots)? 

It is an interesting new offer to invest in pre-IPO and I wanted to learn more about it but could not - possibly only RIAs can view this.
