Looking for VC investment memorandum template (fund of funds)
Anybody know of any standard template for a VC investment memorandum? What are some typical sections that are in a memo like this?
Also how would the memorandum format change if you were pitching a bunch of funds to a VC (that wants to be a fund of funds) and not investing in any particular company?
Anyone have any templates for VC investment memorandums you can share?

Don't think anyone is going to send you an investment memo but here's an outline:
Overview/Intro Type of investment opportunity/description of deal mechanics Key merits/risks Company Management Operations Financials/Projections Market/Industry Conclusion
Add/delete as you see fit.
Edit: Also need a valuation section... I forgot about that.

When you mean late stage, is it growth equity funding? Depending on the stage the investment memo would have different format/outline.
Comps which are not necessarily profitable but already have 50m+ in rev or are pre-ipo stage
Also, just realized I forgot about valuation in my first post. That should definitely be a section...
