Medical Benefits for Smaller Venture Capital Firms
Hi guys,
I was just curious about whether most smaller VC firms (10 employees) offer medical benefits to their employees. I see that rather large VCs do provide their empolyees with benefits (though I'm not sure how good they are compared to big corporations), but I think it's possible that at least some of smaller VCs simply do not offer benefits to their employees. If that's the case, do you go out and get yourself your own benefits? Just curious how you'd go about that if you're in that situation.
Thanks.
Not sure about other funds but mine offers pretty decent medical benefits. I'd assume that most reputable small VC firms would still offer medical benefits, and obviously if they don't then you would have to go find/pay for insurance on your own.
brutalglide,
Thanks for your insight.
Mine does, and we have 10 employees.
Our 10 employee company has great health care plan.
Thank you guys!
