Non-target low GPA with prior internship XP at a boutique VC and family office

I'm a rising junior at a Canadian "borderline target," though that's not saying much, even for Canada, and a definite US non-target, and have a 3.62 currently double majoring in finance and accounting. I've had decent prior finance experience having done analyst stints at a boutique VC last summer and at a small to mid-sized family office currently on the PE side doing DD and modelling, and am involved with two on-campus investing ECs, but nothing major. Am I screwed for ER next summer?
