NYC VC Interview Attire (male)

Meeting with a newish VC fund ($150-200MM) in NYC for lunch next week. I will be meeting with a Principal and Partner. I've already spoken with the junior folks and platform. The next steps are presumably meeting with the other partners.

Curious what I roll up in since it will probably be 90+ degrees. I really want to be part of this fund, but don't want to mess it up because of 'fit'. Jeans, dress shoes and short sleeve collar shirt? Classic white guy button up tucked into jeans? T-shirt and jeans?

Any thoughts?

Bubba- For some reason I'm hesitant to go with the full suit because of what @m8" said along with the fact that I feel kind of weird in suits - I don't wear them too often for my clients.

While they're a new fund, the partners are very recognizable to those in tech/vc. I want to make a good impression, but not be an idiot/sweaty/overdressed. I'm meeting with a Principal and Partner who is not so well recognized.

Do I still go suit?
