OMERs Ventures out of undergrad?

Coming from a target in Canada, with experience in PE and Corp Dev. Does anyone know if OMERs ventures hires analysts out of undergrad. How is OMERs ventures perceived, any insights on analyst comp and possible exits?

The only direct program they have is the OMERS rotational where I guess you could spend time with Ventures and hope to be placed there.

Exits are other VCs or portfolio companies. They get into a lot of deals because of the firm level AUM and name - I have heard mixed reviews from people that work there and the team has changed a lot over the years.

Still a good shop for VC in Canada though
