Partner moves

Hi All - VC investor in early 30s based in Europe.

Went to T1 US schools, started in top-tier consulting before moving into investing ~5 years ago (early to growth). My firm has an uncertain outlook - my track record is decent but most investments are too early to prove out.

My wife and I want to start a family over the next few years so income stability matters. I'm skeptical of European early returns after seeing the data. This feels like my last window to make a major switch.

Considering: a) moving asset class (growth equity / secondaries), b) relocating back to the US, or c) corp dev at a larger tech company. Any views appreciated
