S&T to Tech Startup

Hello All,

Im between an offer at a start up and taking associate at the current bank i work at. The bank isnt a top tier bank and we pay isnt the best but i do like the people i work with and i see growth.

the start up is a very well funded place and is probably going to go public over the next two years. I think its an amazing company and the idea is great.

Some questions:

What are possible exit opps if its not for me?
Is an MBA required if its not for me?
Can I move to management consulting?

Any feedback would be much appreciated !
