Startup Incubators

Hi, does anyone here work for a startup incubator as an analyst/associate? I'm talking firms like Y combinator, TechStars, ER Accelerator, DreamIt, etc.

How do you get a job there, whats the work like, what's the pay/pay structure, and what are the exit ops?

Incubators generally don't actually have analysts or associates. They tend to just be senior level angel investors or VC partners that select the companies and then put them into their program which includes a large network of VC investors, former startup founders, angel investors, etc. that provide mentorship to the startups.

I work with incubators pretty regularly and have never seen or heard of an analyst / associate.

Second harvardgrad08 - those jobs don't exist. The incubators are composed of entirely senior level folks. I do know that TechStars takes a few interns or "program managers" I think they call it, but you've got a far better shot if you're an entrepreneur or recent grad than if you're a banker.
