Seniors are not as in touch with juniors as other firms. Much more top down
Bump - anyone have thoughts compared to firms like JMI, Silversmith, Lead Edge, Mainsail?

Spectrum culture is subpar and the folks are pretentious. They are on the same tier level as Silversmith, Lead Edge, JMI in terms of exit opps but have a worse culture and below-market pay.

Bump thinking about recruiting growth equtiy
Ex-babysitter's nephew's godfather worked there. Have heard great things about the salad bar there. Apparently, all the veggies are organic and sourced the morning of. 10/10
