Tips for how to prepare for VC/PE Associate interview

I am currently in my 3rd year in management consulting at a Tier 2 firm and got a first-round interview last week with a VC/PE group within a large bank (think Citi/ WF/BoA etc.) in their healthcare practice at the associate level. My work in consulting has been focused on healthcare so it is a good fit regarding vertical.

It will be a 45-minute interview with the MD. Short of reviewing industry topics and looking for information on their investments, is there anything else I should do/expect to prepare? Should I expect a case?
