How long does the Growth Equity interview process last?
Context: Interviewed with Adams Street for one of their growth equity summer analyst spots two weeks ago. Interview went super well, really meshed with the person interviewing me and he seemed to respect/be impressed by my resume. Seems like an awesome firm and I'd love to work there & learn with the team. At the end he said "we're super early in recruiting, so second rounds are going to be a little bit." How long does this typically take?
