What are you favorite AI Subsectors in the market? What is the best way to get fluent in the sector?

I am an undergraduate looking to do FT VC/Growth Equity investing. I have potential interviews coming up and want to strengthen my market knowledge and fluency within tech. I am really interested in AI, and want to know what your favorite AI subsectors/verticals in the business?
Also, what are some materials that are helping you stay up to date in your XYZ subsector (that give a financial outlook on things as well)? Any tips?
