What should I be learning from IB

Hi Everyone, I'm going into Growth Equity when my 2 years are up and wondering what in those two years in terms of skillset and experience that would be helpful to focus on in my IB years that will help when I move.

i.e. should I be more focused on modeling, business model / higher level pitch/ideas, sell-side process running, etc.? Just want to think about what I should be focused on - helps to also make the 2 years not feel wasteful.
