William Blair or Bain Capital Ventures Analyst?
One of my close buddies was fortunate enough to land an analyst offer at William Blair and also Bain Capital Ventures. I know WB is a great mm shop where he'd master execution and get set up for PE, and I know BCV does require a lot of sourcing with some execution work in the second year, but in terms of name/prestige I'd go with the latter.
Any recommendations for my buddy? He asked for my input and I had no idea what to say to him. Much appreciated!
You have gotta be joking. BCV all the way. Does not even matter if it was GS at a non top group.
Tell him your dick is bigger than his. He is obviously looking to compare.
