Career move advice needed! PWM (multi family office)

Currently working in a multi family office as an investment analyst working mostly with alternative investments. As I get closer to my second year anniversary I’m wondering what my next options are. I enjoy the structure of working in a multi family office but am wondering if it would be wise to try and go for a larger corporation. Also, hypothetically if I could get the same job in Miami and New York, which would be a better option? I know that being in finance in New York is highly regarded by default but would it be detrimental if I choose Miami over New York even if I could get a good job there?

Thanks!
