Im curious as well...

Chatham is a major player in hedge-related financial instruments. They do a lot of work with real estate firms to hedge foreign currency or inflation risk (via caps, forwards, swaps, etc.). They've tried to leverage these relationships to build out an investment sales / brokerage team, but they don't have many listings and are not well-known or particularly active in this space.

Not in the UK, but I have some people in their Kennet Square, PA office I consider associates. Let me know of I can help. Not the normal backgrounds, but all are insanely smart.

The RE board is probably not the best spot for Chatham, their only connection with RE is that they consult on interest rate hedges on loans.

Anyways, as a customer of theirs I've always thought the people I work with are sharp and are generally making a few bps on a trade just off a 30 minute phone call. Seems like a nice gig. But anyways these are risk management/ capital market consultants not real estate people.
