Goldman vs JP Morgan Private Wealth
Which is actually better? Comp at analyst and associate levels? Currently at JPM but am looking to lateral to Goldman (NYC). Expecting an offer soon.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Analyst 1 in IA, whoops, looks like nobody chimed in here.... maybe one of these discussions below is relevant:
More suggestions...
Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
UBS, MS, JP, GS. In that order. Also, JP does private banking where as Goldman does PWM. There are differences.
How are the hours in PB?
I've heard 50-60 hours a week
Not that bad, but it depends on what you do. If you're a client associate you might be around ~40. A analyst or strategist works around 40-50. But there are so many factors that dictate the amount of hours one works. Could be less or more than what I stated. Just depends. It is definitely not as much as IB.
There's also Citi, Bank of America, DB, and WF
What's your title at JPM PB, Banker Analyst or Investor Analyst or something else?
What's the role offered at GS PWM, is it Financial Analyst or Wealth Management Professional?
(I worked at both, could give you some insight).
What's the difference between financial analyst and wealth management professional at GS?
