GS PWM HK : worths the sophomore summer?

Hi everyone on WSO, it's my second post here and I'm recently offered a summer position at GS PWM (Hong Kong) (rotation is provided) to intern with. I have a couple of questions:

1) If I want to get into IBD in my penultimate year, is GS PWM a good thing on my CV for the second year summer? (Previously interned at UBS UHNW and a boutique investment bank doing M&As)

2) Is it possible to transfer from PWM (IMD) to IBD or S&T? If yes, what is the chance and how should I network with these guys?

My background is a local Hong Kong student and now is in HKU doing one of the top majors in business field. Thanks a lot in advance for advising.
