40 hours / week @ 40, what’s your number

Hey all, the majority of us on this site are on the corporate grind. Some of us work 80 hour weeks, others work 50, and some are fortunate to work even less. Curious, if you could take the chips off the table and cash in, in a sense… how much would you want to make / year through your 40’s if on the flip side you could be guaranteed to work max 40 hour work weeks in a low stress environment. Assuming a decently ramped scale to that level, and pretty much maxed there apart from yearly raises for inflation..

Lots of kids in NYC?  At least 500k in total income, not just salary.

1 kid in Bismark? 175 to 225.
