Does anyone know the turnover at Optiver, IMC, and Flow?

Heya, does anyone know the turnover rate at Optiver, Virtu, and Flow Traders?

Getting conflicting information from HR and employees on the ground. Ofc I'm inclined to listen to the employees on the ground, but what I've gathered is that in terms of turnover, from highest to lowest, is:

Optiver > Virtu > Flow

Anyone in the industry able to shed some light on this?

Virtu doesn't cull as aggressively as Optiver or Flow. They have that reputation because of their acquisitions; i.e. buying KCG or ITG and then firing most of those employees.

IMC cuts about as aggressively as Optiver, but for different reasons. Optiver will fire you because you failed to git gud, IMC will cut you just because they can.
