Strategy& has historically been the better choice, but it is kind of headed in the wrong direction in my view as there have been a lot of issues after acquisition by PwC. EY I would not join unless it were EY-P...

I would go Accenture Strategy. They do a lot more than tech strategy and I'd bet the house that 10 years from now they'll be fairing better than Strategy&

Have to agree with bank.sinatra. Strategy& has historically the better brand and higher pay (at least in Europe), but ACS is pushing very hard. The statement that they only do tech strategy is BS, there is a separate Tech Strategy Division, as well as Business Strategy.

Right now I would decide from personal fit.

Strategy& is struggling to achieve anticipated growth and there have been several rounds of layoffs, however, it is the most prestigious of the roles. I would make sure to show value from the get-go so you're set next time layoffs come around.

Accenture Strategy would be my 2nd.

EY OTS would be last choice. Transaction services is still a very respectable place to start a career but no sense in settling for a FS Auditor's exit strategy if you don't have to.

S& is a tier above ACN which is a tier above EY. Pay, exit ops, and b-school placements are all aligned with that order.

While I agree that ACN is headed in the right direction, they're still heavily tech dominated and there's a high likelihood that most of your experience would be in that space.

It might come down to group placement and where you want to gain some experience. In terms of exits, you will be least pigeonholed to your project experience at S&, then less so at ACN, and much less so at EY.

Personally, if it is your first role out of UG, I'd go with the best brand name on the resume, which is S&. PwC as a whole is better regarded than ACN as a whole, and S& better regarded than ACN strategy. That being said, you're well set for success at either. Less so at EY.
