As part of my application process for a small M&A team, I need to prepare an anonymous investment teaser for a company they will provide to me on the day of the test.
I've seen a few templates online and read up on what to include (company overview, investment highlights, summary of financial information, contact info), but haven't actually seen an actual anonymous teaser done by any banks (some that I have seen include the name of the company they are teasing).
I'd just like to get some idea for presentation, would be great if someone could provide links to some examples.

Investment Banking Teaser
An investment banking teaser is a document that presents an anonymous companies key information. The document is a summary of information to peak a potential buyer or investors interest.
It's important to note that the purpose of the teaser is to sell the anonymous company. Consider your audience when putting together a teaser. What would a buyer want to know about this company? How is this company different from its competitors? In other words, you should present this company as a unique investment.
Key information :
- Industry overview
- Business description and location
- Financial summary
- Transaction structure
- Product and sales mix
- Ownership structure
- Buyer and supplier information
- Company relationships/ Customers
- Potential buyers
- Potential areas of growth
Your investment teaser should not exceed three pages, Here is an example of a shorter investment teaser.
Post what you have so far, and I am sure people will offer valuable advice. We cannot just give you a blank teaser as that would get most of us fired.

It's good that you've seen some examples. Your sample looks decent. You can add to it by including buyer and supplier information. How long has the company maintained relationships? How regular are transactions? Has the mix changed? Some other items to include would be ownership structure, list of potential types of acquirers, potential areas of growth, and a real estate description (e.g. rented or owned). Aesthetically, you need to eliminate more white space. A single picture highlighting what the company does could also be added.
Remember that a teaser is not just slapping facts and numbers on a page, it's a marketing document. YOU ARE SELLING. Think like a buyer and identify what would be important to them. Have the facts and information that your audience needs to do preliminary evaluation of the company but also make sure you include highlights about the company that differentiate it from other companies in the space whether it be unique products, good strategic positioning, strong financial growth or margins, etc. Things you might want to cover: company highlights, industry overview and prospects, company overview, competitive positioning, products, end-markets/customers, financials, management team, operations. Have enough information for the document to be substantive at a high level but no need to drop in everything and spill the candy before you get home.

How about this: a standard die, on average, how many times do you have to throw it to observe all six faces up?
