apply to AM or get Masters?
I was wondering if it would be possible for me to break into Asset Management or VC? Is it easier/more difficult to apply for than ibanking? I just finished a degree in Business/Cell Biology at a liberal arts state school (known mostly on the east coast) this summer. Since I was working on mostly unrelated majors/summer jobs I didn't have time to do any internships, other than some accounting-related independent study with a professor. 0 student loans though. From what I have seen on the website people in this situation will usually get a job then top-10 MBA and enter at an associate role. Would this be a better idea than going to grad school and getting a masters or CFA? Assuming grad-school isn't free I would have to work for a few years anyway to save some money. Btw I'm 23 now, so would I be too old to apply to analyst positions w/ a masters?
